About these Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions set out the terms of the agreement between you and Aligned Life. By using our website/s, you unreservedly accept these Terms and Conditions, including our Privacy Policy, and you agree that your use of our website/s, including any purchase of goods from us, is subject to the terms thereof.
These Terms and Conditions cannot be varied without our written consent. We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and the current version will always be shown on the Terms and Conditions page (this page) of our website. We encourage you to read these Terms and Conditions, and contact us if you have any particular questions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not use our website in any manner.
Live Parenting Coaching Calls
(If this is part of your program – Coaching package ONLY)
There is no guarantee you will have the chance to speak to Holly directly. Holly is live in a group coaching situation for 1 hour each week. During that time she unmutes the lines of participants so they can ask her questions directly. Holly always does her best to share her time fairly, but there is never a guarantee you will have your question answered.
There will be 45 live calls per year. There will be no live call 7 weeks per year. Holly will announce when there are weeks of no calls in the Facebook group, and weekly calls may be cancelled at short notice.
Individual coaching on the live weekly zoom calls will only be given to you once you have paid a minimum total $500 of a payment or other plan. You are welcome to join the live calls prior to paying this $500 minimum but your personal questions will not be answered.
Unlimited lifetime access to Powerful Parenting Online Program – Facebook Group
(If this is part of your program – Coaching Package ONLY)
You can ask questions in the group at any time, by making a written post, sharing a video or going live in the group. Holly does her best to answer questions in this group, but this is not a guarantee. Other members of the Facebook community will provide helpful answers to questions posted in the group.
The Conscious Community
Partners are welcome to join the monthly workshops together at no extra charge (under a single subscription). If both partners would like full access to the entire value of the conscious community (Facebook group, Zoom video calls, coaching, support, exclusive events) then both people need to sign up individually. Partners will not be added to the Facebook group separately or allowed on zoom calls separately unless both partners have an active subscription.
Inappropriate Behaviour
Any member can be removed from the group and live calls due to behaviour/comments etc deemed inappropriate by Holly and/or Aligned Life administrators. Criticism, judgemental and/or unnecessary comments will not be tolerated, and members may be removed/banned without notice. Where appropriate, a private warning will be given before anyone is removed from the group however this is on a case by case basis and there is no guarantee a warning will be given prior to being banned from the group.
It is the utmost priority of Aligned Life to provide a safe environment where members of our community feel comfortable to share their stories transparently and vulnerably. Any comment that violates these community standards will be deleted immediately.
Live Call Recordings
Live zoom calls are recorded each week and the replay is made available in the private Facebook group the following day. Members of the program participate in these calls at their own risk, and with the understanding that the replay will be made available to the private Facebook group. Aligned Life accepts no responsibility for your privacy. Members are welcome to join the calls, and/or make posts in the Facebook group anonymously.
Event Attendance, Recording & Media Consent
By attending any Aligned Life event, workshop, seminar, or retreat, you agree to the following:
1. No Recording Policy
To protect the privacy, safety, and confidentiality of all participants, audio recording, video recording, photography, or any form of content capture is strictly prohibited during the event without prior written consent from Aligned Life.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- mobile phone recordings
- voice memos
- video recordings
- photographing slides or materials
Any participant found to be recording without permission may be asked to cease immediately and/or removed from the event.
2. Respect for Participant Confidentiality
Aligned Life events may involve the sharing of personal experiences by participants. You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of all attendees and not disclose or distribute any personal information shared during the event.
3. Media Capture by Aligned Life
You acknowledge and agree that Aligned Life may capture photos, video, and/or audio recordings during events for marketing, promotional, educational, and documentation purposes.
By attending, you grant Aligned Life a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use such content in:
- marketing materials
- social media
- websites
- advertising
- future promotional content
4. Opt-out Option
If you do not wish to appear in photos or video recordings, you must notify Aligned Life in writing prior to the event or inform a team member on arrival. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
5. Enforcement
Failure to comply with this section may result in:
- removal from the event
- cancellation of participation
- no refund (where permitted under applicable law)
Live events & Retreats
Retreats, live workshops, and in-person events may involve third-party venue, accommodation, catering, staffing, and booking costs.
Unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law, payments for retreats, workshops, and live events are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Aligned Life reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel events where reasonably necessary, including due to illness, venue issues, minimum attendance requirements, safety concerns, or circumstances outside of our control.
General Advice
The information, guidance, and perspectives shared throughout Aligned Life programs, events, workshops, retreats, coaching calls, and online content are based on Holly’s personal experiences, learnings, observations, and opinions.
Holly does not provide medical, psychological, counselling, psychiatric, or clinical services, and Aligned Life recommends participants seek qualified professional advice where appropriate for their individual circumstances.
Participation in any Aligned Life program or event is undertaken voluntarily and with the understanding that results will vary between individuals and families depending on personal circumstances, participation, implementation, and external factors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aligned Life accepts no responsibility or liability for decisions made, actions taken, or outcomes experienced as a result of participation in any program, event, coaching session, retreat, workshop, or online content.
Program Changes & Delivery
Aligned Life reserves the right to modify, update, restructure, replace, remove, or discontinue any aspect of its programs, content, coaching structure, platforms, bonuses, communities, schedules, or delivery methods at any time where reasonably necessary.
This may include changes to live call schedules, online platforms, Facebook groups, coaching formats, event structures, bonus content, program inclusions, or delivery methods as the business evolves and improves its services.
Payment Plans
We are unable to make changes to the agreed payment dates or amounts once you’ve committed to and started a payment plan.
If you do wish to “pay-out” the balance of your payment plan this can be done through personal agreement with Aligned Life, the agreed “pay-out” amount must be paid in full or the terms of the Payment Plan will remain in effect.
Payment
Aligned Life reserves the right to remove participants from all aspects of the program (Facebook group / Online Course / Live online video calls etc) if they have payments outstanding. Participants of the program have a maximum 14 days to rectify any outstanding payments prior to being removed from services.
Aligned Life will make an attempt to contact non-financial participants by email, phone call or text message to complete in-arrears payments, however it is the responsibility of participants to ensure funds are available at the time direct debits are scheduled for their subscription.
If for any reason payment of in-arrears amounts is not made within 14 days, you may be removed from the program without warning.
No refunds of any kind will be given in the event of non-payment of payment plans.
Coaching Access
Holly is not available to communicate privately (including phone calls, text messages, direct messages, or email) in regards to advice/coaching as part of the Conscious Parenting Program. Private coaching is an additional service Holly can offer at an additional charge.
All coaching/advice regarding the Conscious Parenting Program must be sought through the private Facebook group and the weekly live coaching calls.
Conscious Parenting – Coaching Program Guarantee
Any conditional money-back guarantee offered by Aligned Life applies only to the Conscious Parenting Program With Coaching where explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
Eligibility for any conditional guarantee requires active participation throughout the applicable guarantee period, including engagement with the course content, attendance at all available coaching calls, and genuine participation in the coaching process by seeking support, asking questions, and working through implementation challenges with the coaching team where needed.
The purpose of the coaching-supported program is to provide families with direct guidance, accountability, and personalised support to help achieve meaningful outcomes.
Guarantees do not apply to Program Only / DIY purchase options.
Conscious Parenting Program Access & Sharing
Program access is provided for use by a single immediate family household only, including spouses, co-parents, or guardians of the same child/children.
Program content, login access, downloads, recordings, and materials may not be shared externally with extended family members, friends, unrelated households, or third parties without written permission from Aligned Life. Unauthorised sharing of program access or materials may result in suspension or removal of access without refund.
Live Event Purchases
Special event pricing is available only during the applicable event period unless otherwise agreed by Aligned Life. Offers presented during live events, tours, workshops, and in-room presentations are event-exclusive offers and are considered final sales.
Refunds are not provided unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds
Aligned Life complies with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) at all times.
Where Aligned Life elects, at its sole discretion, to provide a refund outside of obligations under Australian Consumer Law, Aligned Life reserves the right to deduct reasonable administration, merchant, platform, processing, staffing, booking, and operational costs already incurred in relation to the purchase.
Any approved refund will incur an administration and processing fee starting from $98 AUD, with higher deductions applying where substantial costs, merchant fees, staffing, event commitments, accommodation bookings, catering costs, or third-party expenses have already been incurred.
